...to one of the country's most charismatic champagne experts, with over 20 years of experience educating and entertaining about the marvels and delights of Champagne.
My Story
...starts in the 90's when I joined the drinks trade and started working with two of the oldest and most prestigious champagne houses. From there my passion for the sparkling wines from the north eastern corner of France has continued to bewitch me. I'm lucky enough to have a career since specialising and celebrating this glorious fizz representing champagnes Perrier-Jouët, G.H. Mumm, Pommery, Heidsieck & Co. and others at differing times.
My Journey
...has taken me on many adventures with champagne (not all of which I can mention here)!
A joyous journey spanning three decades of continuous learning while also having the privilege of being able to share this knowledge and my passion for the Champagne region.It is my pleasure to share the technical know-how, history and stories of champagne to both train and educate as well as host and entertain.
This journey has taken me on some incredible adventures.Hosting champagne tastings & dinners from the paddock of F1 racing through to après ski in the French Alps. From five-star London hotels to private yachts in Monte Carlo. Major corporate occasions to private home events.My champagne journey has been a true adventure.

I am a creator of experiences through speech, words, and the senses, leaning into the history and heritage of a producer and the region yet bringing modernity and relevance to a 21st century audience; with just a little bit of irreverence.
